Responsibilities:
The Manager, Accounting will work Full Time, Days.
The Manager, Accounting is responsivle for the supervision of the reporting and accounting functions.
The primary responsbilities include preparation of the monthly and annual consolidated financial statemnets and reporting packages and ensuring compliance with the Hospital's internal control policies and procedures.
The Manager, Accounting position requires interaction with managment, staff, auditors and other outside agencies.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of managerial experience, preferrably in the healthcare industry required.
Experience and skills in project management.
Experience leading people (direct and indirect leadership roles);
Demonstrated people development results.
Licenses/Certifications:
CPA preferred.
