Position: Accounting Clerk
Location: Delaware County, New York
Job Type: Half-time
Shift Available: Day Shift (Monday-Friday)
Salary: $14.
75 per hour
Job Summary: The Accounting Clerk is responsible to ensure accurate & timely data entry of invoice’s and Medicaid payments, processing of daily cash receipts, purchasing of items, processing checks, reconciliation and filing.
The position involves juggling multiple tasks, independent projects, data and task management.
Execute daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks for the organization.
Entering invoice transaction information
Maintains financial records by filing accounting documents.
Assist in all areas of accounting and special projects as necessary.
Qualifications/Requirements:
HS Diploma or equivalent with 2 years’ experience
Analyzing information, attention to detail, thoroughness.
Experience in Excel, MS Word.
The ability to work both independently and part of a team.
