Responsibilities/Core Functions:
Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth
Support operational programs to achieve organizational objectives
Provide suitable resources to Operations to maintain business needs
Manage and review KPI’s with Operators
Participate in Stakeholder meetings
Manage revenue and expense systems with Operators to achieve Territory objectives
Develop and maintain plans for Territory budgeting, forecasting and revenue mgmt.
Lead monthly reviews and financial analysis of profit and loss statement with Operators
Oversee billing and invoicing process for all funding sources
Oversee employee productivity and provide internal processes for improved labor efficiency
Work with leadership team to develop long term strategic initiatives
Support customer facing operations and communication with external stakeholders
Handle report requests, data entry needs
Work with IT/HRIS as needed for reporting requests
Research and respond to operational/financial inquiries within established turnaround times.
Qualifications:
3-5 years Financial Management experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Business Administration; MBA preferred
Strong ability with database and information systems software
Competence with data analysis
High level of initiative and leadership skills
Ability to handle complex, difficult, or escalated issues
Excellent organizational aptitude and high attention to detail
Demonstrates responsiveness/sense of urgency when dealing w/ internal/external clients
Team player with effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel knowledge
Smartsheet and Power BI experience preferable
Compensation: 85K to 95K depending on experience
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT/ WORKING CONDITIONS: Light lifting, walking, climbing stairs, consistent use of technology/data entry
