*Customer Service Representative – Large Animal*

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Large Animal Veterinary Team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals, strong customer service skills, and possess the ability to assist our clients with their inquiries and concerns.

*You will be responsible for:*
* · Assisting clients with scheduling their farm or in-house appointment.
* · Greeting our clients, in-person on the phone, with friendly and courteous manner.
* · Taking client phone calls and helping them with their animals’ healthcare.
* · Cash handling and payment processing.
* · Reconciling the drawer at the end of the day.
* · Scanning important documents into the client file.
* · Managing reminders to clients for their upcoming appointments.
* · Scanning consent forms and surgical logs into the medical file.
* · Mailing out meds to the client.
* · Having a great attitude while working well with others.
* · Remaining posed during difficult situations.
* · Being friendly and positive at all times.
* · Having knowledge of general office procedure.
* · Willing to learn new processes.
* · Adapting changes to your routine.
* · Multitasking and staying on top of communications.
*Experience Needed:*
* · A minimum of 2 to 5 years’ of front desk experience is preferred.
* · Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
* · Strong work ethic and team player.
* · High degree of professionalism.
* · Strong interpersonal communication skills including verbal and written.

It is the main duty of our customer service staff to promote and safeguard relationships with our clients.
This person must possess the ability to represent the company with a friendly and positive attitude.

* Having a great attitude while working well with others.
