The Role -
Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking a Regions (Customer Service) Supervisor to work out of its state-of-the-art facility in Sidney, NY.
A hybrid work schedule option may be available following an initial training period.
The key responsibilities of the Regions (Customer Service) Supervisor include, but are not limited to:
Serves as a focal point for a designated group of Amphenol customers
Coordinates efforts and non-technical customer service staff
Responsible for training, development, and performance reviews of assigned team members
Interfaces directly with customers as well as providing direction to subordinates to promote proactive customer relationships
Responsible for working with assigned team members to identify and implement opportunities to improve customer service levels to customers
Performs duties of Customer Service Representative or Technical Support Specialist
Coordinates the efforts of assigned team members in the following areas:
Daily communication with customers via phone, email, etc.
Coordination of customer terms and conditions and quality requirements to assure compliance
Solicitation of RFQ’s and PO’s
Follow up on order opportunities and drive internal actions to book
Proactive customer backlog management
Coordination of technical response to direct customer
Updating customer quote feedback on quote follow up tools
Quarterly review of assigned customer with management to communicate top level actions needed to increase Amphenol share
Salary $60,000 - $75,000

The Person -
The key skills and qualities of a Regions (Customer Service) Supervisor at Amphenol Aerospace Operations:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience or equivalent related education
Experience or proven ability to manage others required
Broad knowledge of customer requirements and Amphenol operation procedures required
Technical knowledge of Amphenol manufacturing products and their application may be required
Prolonged periods of sitting, typing, desk/pc work
